▶ Do you allow food or drink inside the theater?
No, due to the sensitivity of our equipment food and drink is not allowed inside or near the gaming unit.
▶ Is your unit climate controlled?
Yes, our rig is equipped with heating and AC units.
▶ How many guests can play inside of your theater?
We have six 60″ 3D LED HDTV stations in our unit! This means you can have up to 24 people playing games at the same time! With out stadium seating setup you can fit even more people inside to watch the action live and wait for their turn at the excitement. Also with the huge crystal clear TV’s you can have hundreds watching live TV or movies on the outside of the unit!
▶ Do you only do video game parties?
Absolutely not! We have a variety of different setups to allow for a wide range of fun and activities. Your guests can enjoy the activities listed below and more… Live TV Sporting Events Blu Ray Movies Music and Dancing 3D Movies 3D Gaming
▶ Will my child need supervision while inside the rig?
If your child is under the age of eight years old it will be required that a parent or guardian be with the child while inside of our unit at all times. The Game Coach is not a baby sitter, he/she is there to help your guests operate the equipment in a safe manner and provide assistance to keep everything going smoothly and the fun happening!
▶ What is your damage/injury disclaimer?
Games Gone Mobile or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. this includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Games Gone Mobile reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Games Gone Mobile or their staff will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
▶ What games do you allow my guests to play?
We have an always changing list of games for your guests to enjoy. The list of games can be found by clicking the “Our Games” link on this website. The client (event host) is responsible for what games the guests are allowed to play. Upon arrival we will ask that any games be removed from the game list that the host deems inappropriate for the event.
▶ Do you allow tips to be given to the game coach?
The Game Coach is there to make sure your guests are making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
▶ What restrictions are there inside of your unit?
We ask that for the health and enjoyment of your guests that participants refrain from smoking in or around the gaming rig. We also enforce a no food or drink requirement while inside or around our rig. Additionally no person is allowed to participate inside or outside of the unit if they have any of the following health conditions. Pregnant Epilepsy Heart disease of any kind Sensitivity to light or sounds Suffers from seizures.
▶ What happens if you are late?
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will always do everything in our power to arrive safely and ahead of time. In the unlikely circumstance we arrive late we will stay over for the amount of time that was lost.
▶ How early will you arrive at my location to get setup?
We aim to arrive 15-30 minutes ahead of time to get our unit setup and ready to party. Depending on the options you select at checkout it may take longer to set up for your event.
▶ Can you operate without the use of the generator?
Yes! If your event is held inside or in an area where a generator is not usable we can plug directly into your AC power outlet. Our unit is equipped with a state of the art power setup to allow us to operate everything inside of the unit including AC/Heating units without the use of our generator.
